A Screen Half Empty

Yesterday I was horrified to find that the bottom half of my 4GB White iPod Nano's screen was consistantly white and that the text/graphics from the top half of the screen would bleed down the bottom/white half. Apple's tech support was closed so today I phoned; they are sending me a box to send my nano back to them with; they are going to send me a brand new 4GB White iPod Nano. It was fast and easy. ONE PROBLEM: Tomarrow Apple may announce another iPod worthy of replacing my Nano. I hope I would be able to cancel my new nano and just get a refund to put towards the possible new iPod.
